This guided 28 day wellness program is designed to help support digestive health, restore balance in the microbiome, and help clients better understand the connection between gut health and whole-body wellness.
Through a food-first, functional nutrition approach, we’ll focus on identifying common stressors that may be impacting digestion while building simple, sustainable habits that nourish the body well. This program is ideal for those experiencing symptoms such as bloating, fatigue, irregular digestion, food sensitivities, brain fog, skin issues, or feeling like their body is “out of balance.”
Throughout the program, clients receive education, practical tools, and personalized support to help:
