So whether you eat or drink
or whatever you do,
do it all for the glory of God.
-1 Corinthians 10:31

Hi, I’m Courtney! I’m a Certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner, Certified Pilates Instructor, and the founder of Wellfolk Collective. I’m passionate about helping women and families pursue sustainable wellness through nourishment, movement, and bio-individual, whole person care.

My journey into functional nutrition began after the birth of my daughter, Mila. During my postpartum season, working with a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner completely changed the way I understood health and healing. For the first time, I experienced what it felt like to truly support my body instead of constantly fighting against it, and I knew I wanted to help others get to that place as well. I had tried so many diets & ways of eating but nothing had the impact that nutritional therapy did.

Now, I’ve dedicated to helping people uncover the root causes of imbalance, build realistic habits, and find rhythms of wellness that fit their real lives.

Along with my nutrition and movement certifications, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Ministry Leadership from Cornerstone University in 2018. I also serve as the Director of Worship & Communication at Battle Creek Friends Church, where I try to combine leadership, creativity, and care for people in meaningful ways.

Outside of work, I’m a wife to Jake and mama to two little ones: Mila and Judah, who keep life pretty busy. In my spare time, I like thrifting, crafting, reading, or going to Costco…it’s my happy place.

I believe wellness should be approachable, grace-filled, and deeply rooted in caring for the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. For too long, we’ve overcomplicated things and fought against the God given nourishment that our bodies actually need. My goal is to make wellness attainable for those who feel like it’s too hard, or that they’re too far gone.
